A free professional introduction event for licensed professionals, students, and providers interested in manual, non-invasive facial sculpting lift massage and buccal massage. This is not a full class or certification training. It is a live demo, method overview, and professional Q&A where you can meet Elena, understand the training options, ask questions, and see the general approach. Registration is required.

Self-Care Workshops — $50 | Approx. 2 hours | Open to the public + professionals
These beginner-friendly workshops are designed for personal self-care, but they are also a great introduction for professionals who want to understand the topic, meet the educator, experience the work from the client side, and ask questions in person. A good professional also starts with proper self-care.

Self-Buccal Workshop — Friday, September 18, 2026 — 5:30 PM, Sunday, October 18, 2026 — 11:00 AM
A hands-on self-care workshop focused on gentle external and intraoral self-massage for the cheeks, jaw, lower face, and facial tension. This is for personal at-home practice, not professional certification.

Mewing & TMJ Care: Tongue Posture + Jaw Self-Care — Wednesday, September 23, 2026 — 5:30 PM
An exercise-based self-care workshop focused on tongue posture, jaw relaxation, TMJ tension, neck posture, and simple at-home exercises for the lower face and jaw area. This is not buccal massage and does not include intraoral work.

Facial Sculpting Lift Massage / Foundations — $495
One-day professional hands-on training | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
This is the best starting point for professionals who want to learn manual, non-invasive facial sculpting and lifting massage. The training focuses on external facial work, tissue awareness, pressure control, lymphatic + sculpting logic, client positioning, body mechanics, and a full facial sculpting lift massage protocol. Certificate of completion included.

Buccal Massage Training — $700
One-day advanced professional training | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Buccal Massage Training is a more advanced class focused on buccal/intraoral massage, jaw and lower-face tension, internal + external technique, safety, glove protocol, client communication, and integration with external facial sculpting work. This training is best for professionals who already have a basic foundation in facial massage, facial sculpting, massage therapy, esthetics, or other hands-on face/bodywork. Certificate of completion included.

Private 1:1 Training

Personalized one-day private training by request | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Private training is for professionals who want a more personalized, one-on-one hands-on experience with direct correction, individual pacing, and technique feedback throughout the day.

Private Facial Sculpting Lift Massage Training — $990
A private 1:1 training that can be adapted to the student’s level. For beginners, it follows the Foundations structure. For experienced professionals, it may include more advanced technique variations, deeper correction, and individualized feedback.

Private Buccal Massage Training — $1,200
A private 1:1 training focused on buccal/intraoral technique, jaw and lower-face tension, safety, glove protocol, client communication, and integration with external facial sculpting work. The training is adjusted to the student’s current level.
Private training hold dates: Thursday, September 17, 2026; Wednesday, September 30, 2026; Thursday, October 8, 2026; Friday, October 30, 2026.
