Policies for Clients
Please review these policies before booking an appointment with The Sculpt Lab. By scheduling a service, clients acknowledge the booking, cancellation, safety and participation policies below.
Booking & Card on File
New clients are required to keep a valid card on file when booking. The card is used to secure the appointment and may be charged when a cancellation, no-show or late-arrival fee applies under the policy below.
Appointments are booked and managed through Vagaro.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
48 hours or more before the appointment: clients may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours before the appointment: a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
No-shows: a 50% service fee may be charged.
Please make schedule changes as early as possible so the appointment time can be offered to another client.
Late Arrival
Late arrival shortens the time available for the scheduled service. Arrivals more than approximately 10 minutes late may need to be cancelled or rescheduled and may be subject to the same 50% late-cancellation fee. The appointment cannot be extended beyond its scheduled end time.
Health, Safety & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and informing The Sculpt Lab of relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, active infections, recent dental work, surgery, cosmetic procedures or other changes that may affect treatment safety.
A service may be modified, postponed or declined when a contraindication or safety concern is present. Treatment is always performed within the practitioner's professional scope and with client consent.
Agreement to Client Policies
The client-facing website is informational. Appointment scheduling, required intake forms, waivers and policy acknowledgement are completed through Vagaro. Booking an appointment indicates acknowledgement of the applicable client policies.

Policies for Students
These policies apply to The Sculpt Lab Academy trainings. Students should review them before registering. Completing registration indicates acknowledgement of the applicable enrollment, attendance, cancellation, safety and educational-material policies.
Eligibility, Prerequisites & Scope of Practice
Students must provide accurate contact and professional information when requested. Some trainings may have prerequisites or professional-license requirements.
Each student is responsible for understanding and practicing within the scope of their own professional license and the laws of the state or jurisdiction where they work. Completing an Academy training does not expand a student's legal scope of practice.
Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed according to the payment terms shown at checkout. Full payment must be completed before required online training materials are released and before in-person attendance unless a specific payment arrangement is stated for that offer.
Access to Academy materials is for the registered student only.
Student Cancellation, Transfer & Make-Up Policy
14 calendar days or more before class: a student may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Less than 14 calendar days before class: tuition is non-refundable, but the student may be offered an available future class date or make-up alternative.
Cancellation or transfer requests should be submitted in writing. Nonattendance without completing an approved transfer or make-up arrangement does not qualify for course credit or completion.
Attendance & Course Completion
Students are expected to attend the required instructional hours and participate in the practical portions of training. Late arrival, early departure or missed portions of a class may affect completion status and any certificate or continuing-education credit for which the course may qualify.
When a course includes online pre-work, theory, quizzes, a full protocol or practical evaluation, those required components must be completed before a certificate of completion is issued.
Hands-On Training, Sanitation & Conduct
Students must follow instructor directions, sanitation procedures, PPE requirements, professional boundaries and safety protocols during hands-on practice.
Short, practical nails are required for hands-on facial and intraoral training. Students must follow contraindication screening and intraoral safety procedures, including glove use where required.
Unsafe, disruptive or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from hands-on participation or dismissal from the training.
Models, Photography & Recording
Models participating in Academy training may be required to complete health screening, waivers and photo/video consent forms.
Students may take limited photos or short clips when permitted and when recording does not interfere with class. Full protocols may not be recorded or published. Students must obtain permission before photographing or posting another student, instructor or model.
Educational Materials & Intellectual Property
Academy manuals, videos, online lessons, protocols and other course materials are provided for the registered student's personal professional education.
Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or used to reproduce or teach The Sculpt Lab Academy curriculum without written permission.
Academy Cancellation, Rescheduling & Emergencies
The Sculpt Lab Academy may cancel, reschedule or consolidate a class because of instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, severe weather or another emergency. When the Academy makes a change, affected students will be offered an appropriate transfer, credit or eligible refund based on the circumstances.
Agreement to Student Policies
Academy registration and checkout are handled through Kajabi unless otherwise stated. Required agreements, waivers and acknowledgements should be completed as part of the registration process for the applicable training.
