Facial sculpting begins with understanding the face: its anatomy, its movement, and how to work with its tissues through skilled, intentional touch.

I’m Elena Childers, a licensed massage therapist, facial sculpting practitioner, and educator. At The Sculpt Lab Academy, I help professionals connect anatomy with hands-on techniques so they understand both what to do and why.

After teaching in person, I’m bringing this approach online for the first time. This course combines step-by-step instruction, practice on your own models, and my personal feedback on your assignments. You’ll also join a learning community where you can ask me questions and learn from the questions and experiences of other students.

The goal is to help you build practical skills and confidence you can bring into your treatment room.
