I'm Elena Childers
Elena Childers is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist and licensed Esthetician with more than 10 years of hands-on massage experience and more than 25 years of teaching experience. Her professional background includes anatomy and physiology, facial manual techniques, cosmetic chemistry, and client assessment.
Elena continues to work directly with clients while teaching other professionals. The same anatomy-informed approach she uses in the treatment room is the foundation of The Sculpt Lab Academy: understanding the structures beneath the hands, assessing tissue thoughtfully, and choosing techniques with a clear purpose.
This connection between practice and education is central to The Sculpt Lab. What is taught in the Academy is grounded in real hands-on work with clients, while ongoing clinical practice continues to shape how the material is taught.
