We review the relationship between the face, neck, shoulders, jaw, skull, and posture so students understand the face as part of a larger structural system.

Students learn to observe facial structure, posture, head position, jaw and neck tension, tissue quality, fullness, volume loss, and visible tension patterns.

Students begin developing sensitivity, pressure control, body mechanics, hand placement, and awareness through the whole hand — not only the fingers.

Students learn how tension in the neck, jaw, shoulders, and head position can affect facial tissues, puffiness, expression, and overall facial structure.

We cover superficial touch for gliding and lymphatic work, mid-level tissue work, and deeper controlled friction work with stable support.

The instructor demonstrates a complete beginner-level facial sculpting protocol with lymphatic integration, neck and jaw work, sculpting sequence, toning movements, and calming finish.

Students practice in pairs under instructor guidance, focusing on hand placement, tissue depth, pressure control, rhythm, body mechanics, and adaptation.

Students learn basic adaptations for fuller faces, thinner faces, tissue volume, facial structure, and visible tension patterns.

Students learn how rhythm and pressure change throughout the session — from lymphatic work to sculpting, toning, and calming finish.

Students receive beginner-level guidance on explaining facial sculpting, ethical photos/videos, basic content ideas, and how to introduce the service professionally.
